No Drama's

Having rested up this last week there's not a lot to report.
I did a few journeys to work and back last week and the week before.
Also came 3rd in my age group in the  USN Dorney Lake Sprint Triathlon, which was pleasing. 41st out of 200 for all ages.
9th in the swim, 47th  on the bike and as usual my running lets me down 102nd on that. But not a bad effort.
Quite a lot of swimming to keep me ticking over, with a few Lake swims at Denham Skiing Lake. Did a 3.8K  on Monday with Dave in 1hr 2.08 which is a very respectable time for an Iron man swim distance. Maybe thats something for next year...Iron Man.. mmmmmmm shame there's a marathon at the end.

So now only 2 days till the off.
Cannot wait. Really,really looking forward to it.
Got some good news from the organisers last week. We are all going to be given Satmap GPS systems for our bikes. So I won't be getting lost.
