June Training and setbacks

I've been Running 5k a couple of times a week since xmas, but had a bit of a setback on 7th. Pulled my calf muscle. Really quite frustrating as I thought I'd finally cracked the pulling the calf thing. So been unable to run for the past couple weeks.
I had already entered 2 triathlons in July one on Wed 13th and then Sun 24th, both at Dorney Lake. So that will be interesting with very little running training beforehand.

My cycle training is going really well and apart from one weekend I have been doing Audax 100k's regularly.
visiting some beautiful parts of the country in which to cycle. The latest being a 110k ride through the Cotswolds on Sun 19th.
Also competed in an Aquathlon with Hillingdon Tri Club and a 1500m Lake swim race with the same club on Fri 10th.  http://www.hillingdontriathletes.co.uk/Results_Folder/2011/jun2011.htm

Swimming training is going well, getting in at least 3 swims a week, 2 pool and one Lake swim on Monday nights at Denham Skiing Lake.

Having a rest next week and going on Holiday for some r&r
